Design Supervision - licenses 350 i 353
Is performed after the completion of the design procedure and begins with the start of work on the site.
It involves clarification of projects to contractors and assistance to the investor in the decision-making process in the final realization of the project. Design supervision is carried out by licensed engineers.
Professionas Supervision - licenses 350, 450, 353, 453
involves monitoring of construction sites, monitoring of material consumption and quality of work. By law, every construction site is obliged to have strict supervision, in front of the investor, which protects the investor side and hand over the object for purpose. Professional supervision includes:
- monitoring of the execution of works in accordance with the approved projects and permits
-monitoring of the dynamics of works (deadlines), quality and consumption of materials and quality of work
- Keeping the construction book, certificates and documents required for acceptance of the facility
- Checking supplies and verifying temporary and ending situations
- participation in the final settlement on the investor side
- submission of the facility with the necessary supervising reports
